To ensure the best experience for all clients and to respect our schedule, the following policies apply to all appointments.
DEPOSITS:
• A 30% deposit is required to confirm any appointment.
• This policy applies to all clients (new and returning).
• Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
SERVICE BOOKINGS:
• When booking multiple services, the time is reserved specifically for you. If you decide to cancel one or more services upon arrival, you will still be required to pay the full amount of the services originally booked.
CHANGING SERVICES:
• If you wish to change your booked service, you must notify us at least 7 days in advance.
• The new service must match the original appointment in time or value.
• Otherwise, a 30% cancellation fee will apply.
RESCHEDULING:
• To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 36 hours in advance.
• Late cancellations or no-shows will result in charging the full amount of the reserved service.
• For services longer than 140 minutes, rescheduling must be requested at least 7 days in advance. Requests made later than this will result in loss of the deposit.
LATE ARRIVALS:
• Clients arriving 15 minutes late or more without prior notice may have their appointment cancelled and the full amount of the reserved service will be charged.
• If we are still able to proceed with the service, a €15 late fee will be added.
NO-SHOW POLICY:
• If an appointment is made without paying a deposit and the client does not show up, the client will be required to pay a €15 no-show fee plus the full service amount before being allowed to book again.
• Failure to do so will result in being banned from future bookings.
By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.
