Dear clients please read carefully  :

- Before making any appointments, you’ll need to pay 30% of the price your service as a deposit.

This rule will be applied on all clients, new and regulars.

- The deposit will not be refundable.

- In case of booking 2 services or more and changing your mind at the venue, you’ll be required to pay for the full services that you booked either you get them done or not, for the inconvenient. 
-If you wish to cancel/change an appointment, you must notify us at least 36 hours in advance.

- If you do not cancel or cancel late, we are forced to charge you for the reserved time.

- In case of showing up to your appointment 15min late or more without warning, your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit won’t be refunded.

- In case of booking an appointment without paying a deposit and not showing up, you must pay 15€ no show fee AND the full amount of your service or you’ll be band from the salon.
